The property was well presented with good explanation of the details. The purchase progressed quickly with a timely flow of information from Paul. Maintaining communication between vendor and purchaser solicitors, vendor, builder and purchaser was aptly and promptly managed by Paul. Particularly appreciated was the linking of settlement timing of the sale of my previous house with the purchase of the new and the arrangement of early entry to the new.
