I sent some time looking at the different estate agents in Mount Barker and Paul came out on top, with great communication and excellent presentation at all of his opens. We asked Paul to pop over to appraise our property, he provided an expectation of 4-6 weeks for the sale and gave us the comfort of a potential of earlier sale? He explained the marketing of the home and the costs involved, which seemed reasonable, so we signed. Paul then privately opened our home the following day to 2 potential couples and the property was sold within 24 hours of us signing on the dotted line - an EXCELLENT results.
