Upon buying a block of land I wanted, felt very much like I was dealing with a used car salesman. Was definitely made to rush to be able to obtain land. Only had short time to speak to real estate agent and put in offer as other offers apparently alteady submitted and also agent told me he had to go and play golf. ( Friday midday ). Came across vey pushy and untrustworthy. Have learnt a lot when it comes to dealing with real estate in the future. ALWAYS get things said by agent in writing as things said will always be denied. Remember people , you are dealing with a salesman looking for biggest commission not someone looking to give you the best and fairest price.

I can highly recommend Paul Price, from appraisal to handover, the entire process was completely stress free. The selling price was above expectation. The administration team were professional and very efficient. Paul was in constant communication, so I was across all details for the sale. 10/10
