Paul kept us informed every step of the way and was very helpful

This is the second property that Paul has sold for us. We new what a high standard that he works by and he did not disappoint. His initial research was good and spot on with his valuation. He worked the property every week with an open and with advertising. He gave us updates after each open. Our property was a little unique with a relatively small house but with very large shed so it didn't sell overnight. We had plenty of interest and within the month we had a contract. This was helped by Paul's wife Lindal assisting us to get the presentation right. We spent a few dollars in doing so but we got it all back and more. Thankyou Paul and Lindal. A job well done.

Nothing was too hard and He kept us open to all developments. Nothing was too hard for him and we sold it for the right price!

In a market known for its lengthy average days to sale, we had no trouble in getting our property under contract in no time at all, and for a price in excess of the general expectation. We followed Paul's advice regarding presentation and it seemed to do the trick in getting people to the table. Paul's negotiations with the interested parties produced the desired results.
