trustworthy which is not common with real estate agents !

I found Paul to be a nice mannered person, good industry knowledge. He seemed to be trustworthy which is not common with real estate agents ! he did have a very emotional seller to deal with which was tough for him. But he didnt guide them very well with price negotiations once our offer was put on the table. I think this worked to my advantage and therefore am very happy with my purchase price for the property and look forward to living in the lovely new home. Regards Greg Muehlberg
