First time seller

Being very naive and nervous about selling our property I was very glad to have had Paul recommended to me. I found him to be very professional yet relaxed and friendly and very patient. Throughout the marketing and sale of the property Paul regularly provided me with up to date information on local market movement, the details of all interest shown in our property and always followed up with prospective purchasers. Never was I pressured to make decisions in which I was not comfortable and if I made decisions the opposite to Paul's advice he still fully supported the decision I had made. Paul also showed integrity, respect and understanding in dealing with both myself and my ex partner through what was a difficult time for us both.
