I first met Paul Pustay at the Gold Coast when I placed a contract on a unit off the plan with the company Paul was working for at the time. Although I didn’t purchase the unit through Paul, I turned to him when the developer moved the conditions, and I decided to cancel out altogether. The rapport I built with him over this ordeal gave me the confidence to engage him to sell our unit at East Brisbane.
