Beware of using this agent make sure that anything that is said is in writing as quite a few things were promised to be done by settlement were not done (took him at his word)big mistake.Check to make sure everything is approved by council don’t let them tell you it is without checking.Big lack of communication as soon as contract went unconditional etc etc.BE VERY CAREFUL
