Paul was great to deal with alongside his assistant Dwayne, however when it came to settlement day we were informed that we would only receive some of the keys which was very disappointing. With a high level of professional this was not expected by the team at Ray White. Poor organisation skills with the Vendor meant that we were waiting for 2 weeks after settlement to receive the rest of the keys with the garage door remote, in which nothing was done to satisfy the customer's request.
Paul was very persistent and patient in a complex sale chain with multiple participants. Communications were good despite poor comms from other parties. Paul knows his market and this was a house for a specific audience Inspections were kept to a minimum and still got a result. I would work with Paul again
