Well after everything it’s been an exhausting excercise but finally we got there both Jennifer and I gad full confidence in Paul and his team although the house didn’t go for what we thought we are happy paul is a nice guy who works extremely hard at his craft would definitely use him again
I decided to contact Paul when we were ready to sell our house as I saw a comment he had made on a Facebook thread about the market in our area that made a lot of sense. I was trying to decide between him and another agent at the time. My first impression of him was that he was a typical real estate agent. Outgoing, over confident and a little cocky. Then to be told that he had a "team" of staff called "Team Paul Ringiri" made me think that perhaps this guy was a little bit of a wanker. Which is exactly why I hired him. You don't want someone who is just going to agree with everything that you say just to keep you happy. You want an agent who is outgoing and over confident because they are the kind of agents that will sell your house for the best price. Those are the kind of agents who will bust the buyer to get the price higher. It's that annoying over confidence that makes excellent real estate agents. So whilst the numerous texts from his "team" to confirm everything we ever did got a little annoying, Ray White Cranbourne and "Team Paul Ringiri" will never be accused of terrible customer service. They were thorough and the communication was excellent. In the last 2 months I have brought and sold 3 houses and having dealt with three different agents for each transaction, I would not hesitate in recommending Paul and his team and would definitely use them again.
Paul was fantastic to deal with. He has a wealth of knowledge about the area, selling points, tips and sales. He went beyond his call to sell our house, negotiating and communicating with us even when he was on leave. Highly recommend to anyone
Having purchased our home off Paul Ringeri six years ago I found him fantastic to deal with and made the decision then that if I was to ever sell he would be the man for the job. I was not let down, Paul had the property sold with multiple offers, above asking price within 2 weeks of listing. he was clear in communication, I had asked for additional information about the house which recieved a casual response (after agreement) but that is expected.The onus is on buyer to do a final inspection and verify that everything works. Overall I would recommend his team.
Paul and his team helped make a very stressful process stress-free. Paul was perceptive and took time to ask the right questions. He made sure he knew what we needed for our circumstances not only from the sale but from our agent. And then was proactive in making sure everything was taken care of - even with the things we hadn't thought of yet. Having access to Team Paul Ringeri was great too, we knew we were taken care of no matter what. We liked Paul's approach and had bought with him in the past so took a punt on selling with an agent slightly further away from us than others. We have no regrets.
