At no time were we left in any doubt about anything, communication was above and beyond, and all without any of the BS you normally associate with real estate agents. His recommendations about presentation were spot on, and the trades he recommended to help with the work were top class, and very reasonably quoted. And we sold within the 1st week for a great price!
