Paul very effectively marketed and promoted my property resulting in a sale in one week. He demonstrated that he was an excellent negotiator by achieving the sale price I was looking for. I was kept well informed during the whole process with advice from how to prepare the property for sale, who to market the property to, and, regular updates on interest in the property. We chose Paul as it was he who we bought the house we were selling from. He already had a very good reputation and thought to ourselves why go elsewhere when we knew he could find us the right price for our property. He was very professional when communicating with us and with prospective buyers. We new where we stood at all times. He would make suggestions as to he thought we could best sell our house, but he also listened to our expectations and at times used our suggestions as opposed to his own. At first we were a little apprehensive with selling a property that had a dollar range as we believed that any potential buyer would offer at the lowest end of the range. Who wouldn't? At first that is what we got, offers at the very bottom of our range and a couple even less than. That is why we have dropped the market knowledge score by one star. We believed the middle of the range that we suggested would be spot on. We persevered for a month. We believe Paul is a little more used to an ultra fast sale so we felt a little concerned that we did not sell in the first 4 weeks. As it turned out, persevering paid off and at the 6 week mark, we had a buyer who did offer right in the middle of the projected range advertised. Needless to say, both vendor and Paul were extremely pleased. Paul is diligent and very conscientious about performing to a very high standard. He at all times kept us informed of how the property was faring, how many inquiries he was receiving and any advice he thought would assist in the sale. There were times when he would call us at 10pm, to inform us of the days activities. He was calling from the office. This reiterates how dedicated he is to getting the job done, and done right. We would most definitely use his services again.

Paul's experience and knowledge about market is exceptional and this can be notice with his sound advice and recommendations.
