His attention to detail, his knowledge of the market and a canny ability to ‘do a deal’ are known to us, but on this occasion there was an added contributor - patience! The sale took longer than anticipated, but Paul never gave up. Determined to achieve a sale, he continued implementing new strategies until a successful outcome was achieved. We were very happy.
