Thanks for taking the time to employ our services Craig and Melanie. It was certainly a pleasure to represent you both. There is no doubt that we had an extremely successful campaign. To get just under 15 groups through our Grand Opening which resulted in 4 written contracts in the following 48 hours was a great surprise. Even better was being in a position to sell the property in-excess of the top of the range (well above the asking price). Just a side note, in our defence, the communication was 100% consistent during the campaign, we pride ourselves on this. The best example of the continued customer service was when the initial offer fell through and within 24 hours we had the property re-sold to one of the under bidders who, in the process, we encouraged to pay more than their initial offer. That aside, your feedback is very important to our business and we will continue to improve. All the best for your next family adventure!
