Our plans to sell our property were made six months before sale. We had the property vacated and spent time bringing it up to scratch. When restrictions were announced we thought our plans needed review. Paul was able to reassure us that markets and properties are manageable, he provided us with the confidence to continue our campaign. Paul also introduced us to a scaled back on line marketing campaign that proved successful. He did a great job.
