I've bought and sold many properties over the years but this was the first sale in Victoria. I did some research and Paul's name came up a few times so I selected him. He certainly delivered. he is professional and knows the market well. He continually kept me informed (and with this sale I had a "challenging tenant in the property"), and he delivered more than he promised. I would highly recommend him and will engage him again in the future
