He was honest in the issues that the home had and had his clients resolve those on time. The bargaining process was not excessive or disrespectful. We felt that a just deal was concluded. Having an agent of our own assisting us with our purchase, Paul did not appear the least bit unhappy about having to split his commission. It is gladdening to deal with a gentleman.
