I have been a renovator, builder, property investor for over 40 years and have built 2 houses Owner/Build in that time. One at City Beach which was 3 story and a single story at Padbury. I physically built both of these not just sub- contracting the work. I have done a Selling agents course and have been taught Settlement procedures. I got sick of paying agents fees when I did all the hard work. I am in my 62rd property and purchased my 63rd through Paul. To my knowledge he was a honest and went out of his way to satisfy my enquires I would definitely recommend him to sell or purchase a house for you.
