We had a tenant causing some issues which made it difficult for Paul, we ended up delaying home opens etc for a couple of months which was disappointing but the best thing to do in the long run, with the unit empty, it sold within a couple of weeks, Paul always kept me in the loop, easy to talk with and gets back to you if you ring or leave a message.
