Paul is a lovely Man to deal with. He's friendly, polite, and replies immediately to any queries I asked him. He negotiated a good deal for us buying our Apartment. The only thing we weren't happy with, was the Policy of not putting a price on our house, just waiting for expressions of interest. We have always put our own asking price from the beginning, and have been very successful with this method. However, this was our own fault entirely, we should have insisted on what we wanted to do. Paul was always so positive even during a testing time in Mandurah - he was a pleasure to deal with and his tenacity payed off.
Paul was very helpful, always polite, and replied to my texts immediately. He helped us to buy 36, 3, The Palladio. We got an offer for our home within 3 days. Paul did say we could still have Home Open on the Sunday, and we said not to worry about it. However, in hindsight, " A wonderful thing ", we feel maybe we should have done that, as nothing to lose. We were not happy with the way that you don't put a price on the property at the beginning, as we had no idea what the negotiating price was. In the past, we have always stated at the beginning , what our expected price would be. Paul did what seems to be your company policy . We would recommend him as being very professional, and helpful.

As a buyer I found Paul to support me through the whole purchasing process with no tasks too much trouble. I thought purchasing over XMAS might be a bit of a challenge but Paul provided assurances that all the time lines could be met or adjusted if required.
