Paul is a lovely Man to deal with. He's friendly, polite, and replies immediately to any queries I asked him. He negotiated a good deal for us buying our Apartment. The only thing we weren't happy with, was the Policy of not putting a price on our house, just waiting for expressions of interest. We have always put our own asking price from the beginning, and have been very successful with this method. However, this was our own fault entirely, we should have insisted on what we wanted to do. Paul did say we could still have Home Open on the Sunday, and we said not to worry about it. However, in hindsight, " A wonderful thing ", we feel maybe we should have done that, as nothing to lose. We were not happy with the way that you don't put a price on the property at the beginning, as we had no idea what the negotiating price was.
