About Paul

Proud to always call Manjimup home, Paul is excited to be back living and working as a real estate consultant in the Southern Forests region. Paul grew up as a young lad in Manjimup before attending Christ Church Grammar School as a boarder and then the University of Western Australia where he completed a Bachelor of Commerce. A keen sportsman Paul was always ready to put on his playing boots and catch up with his mates at Deanmill Football Club when home on breaks and holidays. “My fondest memories are of running out and playing on the Deanmill oval, surrounded by a backdrop of magnificent Karri trees”. Working in his parents’ shop from a young age serving and helping people became Paul’s passion. He owned and worked in his own retail soft furnishing business in Perth for many years, alongside his wife Lyndall. They moved to Busselton and opened and operated a similar business for another ten years. After selling their business, Paul became qualified as a finance/mortgage consultant. However his love of property, especially after being personally involved in the decorating of homes for 26 years, inevitably led him to becoming a Property Consultant, working in the Dunsborough area for over nine years. Paul involved himself in community work and was president of the House of Life. This group raised the funds to construct the Ronald McDonald House and Isolation Units next to Princess Margaret Hospital. Paul also headed up the Dunsborough Community Garden project for the past four years, working alongside the Mens Shed and the Lions Club. Paul’s outgoing and friendly nature, his experience in business and his commercial and accounting background, plus years of friendships made at school, university and in business, have helped him forge a successful career in real estate. “I am so happy to be home, catching up with all my old friends and acquaintances and I’m looking forward to making many new ones”.

Paul was very professional and spent time showing us through the property. At no time did we feel rushed or pressured.
