I decided to go with a local agent with long term local knowledge and Paul had consistently good reviews on RateMyAgent and other sites to sell our property that we had held . He was easy to deal with and communicated with us in a very timely manner. I would recommend using the drone photos at the very least as Paul recommended as it really highlights your property's location to everything else and the cost is very reasonable. More importantly he had a network of committed buyers who were interested in our Portarlington property within a week of it going on the market. One buyer offered us very close to what we were asking and the other buyer offered significantly more than the asking price without conditions. Our sale went through smoothly and I wouldn't hesitate to use Paul's services again.

On reflection I think both parties would concede a realistic and reasonable position was struck. In a couple instances Paul acted within the hour to remedy issues discovered with the property or to find advice to satisfy us.
