Paul was not a pushy sale persons and was extremely professional and responsive he kept us updated the end of every open day with the results with a quick phone call then followed up via email which was a nice to keep track of interest. He also recommended we go for an in house auction at their premises on a Saturday. It was the first time we had even considered an in house auction not at our premise but we were presently surprised with the fantastic result. By going to the auction at the Ray White office with 10+ other home owners it built the excitement and interest of the buyers totally (they all feed off each other) and if they missed one property they felt like not missing the next opportunity it was definitely the best option for us. We got a price in excess of what we wanted on the day so it was a win win scenario for ourselves and Paul Scott who we rewarded for his hard work.
