Paul is a great guy, who was always very transparent, honest and upfront throughout our sale. We were overseas while our house was putt on sale and Paul after a few days would call and give updates. We were new to the area as we have lived all our life in the north. Paul went above and beyond to explain the area and different pockets of Tarneit and also explained the price variation among them. As we were 1st home buyers and didn't have much of an idea what we wanted. He showed us different quality of houses (big,small,old and new) just to understand our taste, requirement and budget. Where as lot of other agents just sell you what ever they have in stock and convince you with their selling tactics that its the best property for us. Finally we found our dream house and then Paul also helped us in negotiating with the owner and also organising our finance. In short his attitude and work ethics are to get customers the best house rather than just selling. HIGHLY RECOMMEND !
