Paul was absolutely on top of the market, convincing me to target a higher price and guided accordingly when some lower offers came in. He knew what the property was worth and was convinced he could get an appropriate price above my expectations. The marketing of the property was superb considering what I gave him, I hadn't physically seen the property in over 10 years as it was a unit I had my dad and step mum living in. With the use of virtual furniture prospective buyers are able to gain an understanding of how modern up to date furniture will look in a property he is selling.
