Paul did a fantastic job of getting us the outcome we were after. Being already under contract for our new place, we wanted to choose an agent who could get the job done quickly. Paul did not let us down. He is super responsive and had our property up online within a week. Two open homes and one week later, he had secured us a cash buyer within our price range and we went unconditional. Certainly cannot ask for anything more than that!
