Paul helped the reviewer sell this property

Fast, efficient, friendly

We appointed Paul Sheehan from LJ Hookers Coolangatta to sell our two bedroom unit, also in Coolangatta. This was on the recommendation of other residents who had been very successful in selling their units in the same block as ours. Due to Covid restrictions Paul was unable to meet with us personally, but with the assistance of his colleague, Dan Alexander, Paul secured an unconditional contract within a few days of the property being listed. I found Paul very easy to deal with, he negotiated an excellent price and kept us updated regularly on the status of the sale. It was a seamless process. I would have no hesitation in recommending Paul to market your property.
