During your purchase of 13 Nandina Terrace, I represented the seller; however, I made every effort to assist you throughout the transaction. Your written messages during and immediately following the purchase consistently expressed happiness and appreciation for the service you received.Examples include:
• “We are soooo happy.”
• “Thanks mate, appreciate it.”
• “Wow awesome, and yes you do [care about people].”
• “Well done! You’ve done your homework.”
• “Hi mate, looks amazing.”
• “Love it!!”
• “Can’t wait.”
After the purchase, you demonstrated your continued confidence in me by appointing me to market another property on your behalf. For that campaign, I personally provided professional photography, virtual furnishing, a Matterport 3D tour, brochures, marketing materials and numerous open homes—all at no charge.
Unfortunately, that separate campaign did not produce an offer. I provided honest professional advice based on the market response , even though it may not have been the advice you hoped to receive.
I respect every client’s right to provide genuine feedback. However, I do not believe this review fairly reflects your documented experience when purchasing the property or the extensive service subsequently provided to you.
