Pauls was really approachable and was open and transparent . Was able to accomodate secone time and third time inspections on a very short notice. Was keeping me informed of what was happening on vendor side. He was also able tp assist in recommending conveyancers and building inspectors. It was great dealing with Paul and finalising my first investment property.
Not very happy.. we felt like he worked for buyers.. he was too negative side on the vendor... first time he came in our house and told us that the house can be sold easily $550 to $570.. then a couple of week later after on market, he advised us to reduce the price compared with other house.. if he has experience, he shouldn’t told us the house can be sold with very good price in first place....we sold our house with $530 when other agents asked me not to sell and they promised us that they will definitely get more than $530.. but for some reason, we let it go but we were not happy his performance.. we felt like he was not too honest with us.. another thing like he told us the back and front yard had already mowed.. so we trusted into him and didn’t go back there and checked.. one week later we went to our property for some reasons and we found out that the mowing guys dumped all the rubbish in our back yard and we took a photo and sent it to him.. then he said leave that with me.. no worries.. I will take care of it.. then we didn’t go back there for one month.. in 5 weeks time, when we get there, all theses rubbish were still there and ww were so frustrated.. how can he let all the buyers see these rubbish every single weeks???? Then I called him and he said aww that mowing was away and he will be back this week and don’t worry.. Seriously, all these rubbish were still there until the house was sold.. We were very upset with him.. so, all in all, we were not happy with him...
I would like to say the day we met Paul he show us few houses which is awesome and one of them we just like it and bought it
