Paul has been altogether great to deal with. Responds quickly to queries, very helpful, and always professional. Real estate agents vary, and during our house hunt we had earlier come across some unsavoury ones - the oily-hair and shiny-suit variety - who seemed take the investment of our life savings as some sort of entertainment show. Paul is not like that; he is serious, dependable, and respectful. We were lucky to encounter him.

Paul was very good until the day of the auction. Prior to auction he said could we do 12 months settlement and 5% deposit. We said no we would do 3 months at the most and we would do 5% for private buyer waiting on their money but not developers. On auction day he asked for 6 months and still wanted 5% but we said ok to 6 months but 5% only to private buyers. After auction he did not inform me that he had agreed with developers on 5%. I trusted him to do as we asked and as I was emotional as it was a deceased estate of my parents I signed without checking properly. The deposit looked low but I wasn't thinking clearly and thought the deposit may have included his commission. It wasn't until later when I calmed down I realised what he had done. When I approached him saying we agreed to do 5% for private only not developers he said they were builders when in fact he told me earlier they were multi national developers. There was nothing I could do about it.

Trusting anyone with your most valuable asset is not an easy choice but trusting Paul was the best decision we made. He was always available to answer any queries. Provided the best market updates in the very first sitting, came supported with facts and figures. Had the best listening ears but never hesitated in voicing his thoughts for our benefit. Was very supportive and helpful throughout the process - every single home opens he was there to lend a hand. Even when we were a bit disappointed with the auction results, with his negotiation skills he turned it around and succeeded in getting us what we hoped for and made the sales possible.

Paul was of great assistance in purchasing the property and knowledge of the local market.
