I highly recommend Paul. I would recommend him to any of my friends or family. He was very credible and not at all ‘ pushy’ in his dealings with me. Mine was not an easy sale right up to the last day but he took the extra work in his stride and handled all in a professional manner. As I am a pensioner he helped to make the cost of putting the the property on market achievable by allowing me to have a payment plan. He is knowledgeable in his field, negotiates and deals well with people and has a quiet air of honesty about him. He helped with matters that were above and beyond his duty as a real estate agent.
