When OJ, the principal of Bold property, recommended Paul to take the lead in selling our property we were confident he would do so with the same professionalism and values we had come to know in OJ. When it came to bringing our home to the market Paul went above and beyond to balance his extensive real estate knowledge, the current local market, and our wants, needs and expectations. He took time to get to know us with a genuine heart that I believe is a rare find in the real estate industry, whilst all the time being very professional. Throughout the sales process Paul was extremely efficient, honest, transparent, and despite two contracts failing through no fault of his own he continued to be 100% committed to selling our property all the while maintaining the same enthusiasm and positive upbeat attitude with which he had started. His lines of communication between potential buyers and ourselves was impeccable. Paul went the extra mile in helping make sure that each open home the property presented at it's best, yet was still able to accommodate and work to the needs of our family and pets to ensure the least disruption possible. Once the contract was signed Paul continued to assist us, helping ensure the house was handed over to the new owners in the cleanest and the best possible condition, as well as assisting us move and sell furniture. His involvement in the whole sales process went beyond the 'it's unconditional' time frame and a more hands on, helpful and kind real estate agent I do not think you could easily find.
