Paul is energetic, professional and a good sales person, however all these positives were marred by his disappearing for a 2 week period overseas at a crucial stage of the sales program. If I am entering into a legal contract for an agreement to sell a property I do not expect the principal party to disappear without any warning whatsoever (apart from the week before). Consequently and despite assurances to the contrary absolutely nothing happened of note during his absence thereby losing momentum completely

Paul has sold 2 out of 2 properties for me where other agents had failed to do so after having the properties exclusively for months. Paul sold both my properties within weeks. Highly recommend Paul.
