Due to the sale of our property in Rockhampton at the height of the COVID 19 pandemic, we needed to purchase a suitable property at our chosen destination in the Sunshine Coast Hinterland. Due to travel restrictions at the time, it was very difficult to arrange inspections. We contacted Paul in relation to a property he had listed and had some specific questions about the property, mainly in relation to access to the rear of the property. Using available technology, video conferencing and skype, Paul was able to address the issues. That property ended up being unsuitable and he suggested another place that had only just been listed. Again that place did not quite match our wish list without modifications to the house. These dealings with Paul was via telephone during many calls and at all times we felt confident that Paul had our best interests in mind and was able to refine our "wish list" in his mind. At the same time we documented our minimum requirements so Paul had a very clear picture of what we wanted to buy. The property sourced by Paul that we ended up purchasing at Georgina Place ticked all the boxes of our wish list. At no time did we feel that Paul was wasting our time in looking at properties that did not suit our needs. Due to his very friendly and personable manner, he was able to step us through the contract formation stage quickly using technology, even though I was located in Beerwah at the time and my wife Sue was still in Rockhampton. It has been a very satisfying experience dealing with a very friendly professional young family man who had our best interests in mind at all times.
