I can't recommend Paul highly enough. He has sold two properties for us - an apartment and a house. In both instances he strove to get as much for the properties as possible, something many agents are not interested in doing. He was always available and made sure we understood all processes and what was happening. We even employed Paul to help us find a house. He provided great advice on the pros and cons of properties (he visited them with us). He even represented us at an auction at which we successfully bid for a property. We got it for thousands less than what we were expecting to pay thanks to Paul's advice.
