Paul showed a good understanding of the dynamics of the prevailing market by proposing a starting price and marketing strategy which would ensure I obtained the best possible price for my property. This approach was shown to be correct and I was able to sit down with him after little over one week on the market and consider a number of offers on the property on their respective merits, all of which exceeded my initial expectations. Having accepted the best offer Paul successfully negotiated with the purchaser to finalise the contract, subject to finance, and then kept me fully informed of progress in that finance being approved. He also obtained the agreement of the purchaser to an extended settlement to suit my particular circumstances. Again. to suit my needs, Paul obtained agreement from the Investor/purchaser for me to lease the property back until the home I am purchasing in a village is available for my occupation.

I loved the experience provided by Paul and his assistant Chelsea. They attended the 1st meeting with information pack, and you could see they had done their homework on my property and the neighbourhood. Both were friendly and professional.
