When a last minute offer for a significantly higher price came in, Paul called me right away to ensure I didn't sign the offer I was about to accept. The lower offer would have resulted in the property being managed by Harcourts, providing them with a long term financial benefit above the extra commission. Paul acted with integrity in bringing the higher offer to me, putting my best interest ahead of his, and disclosing upfront that one of the offers would also benefit Harcourts. I loved the experience provided by Paul and his assistant Chelsea. They attended the 1st meeting with information pack, and you could see they had done their homework on my property and the neighbourhood. Both were friendly and professional. Once agreed to proceed, offered suggestions on how to improve presentation. Kept me up to date on progress and delivered on the promises. I had owned the property since built in 1995, and they were supportive over the whole process. I liked that he brought his assistant to the meeting, as she had done most of the research and continued to contact me during the process as required, and it was good to have met the person that is contacting you.
