When I asked Paul what price he thought we should market our property on he wouldn't answer until he could present us with an appraisal of the area not just our unit.It was honest & in the end accurate as we sold in the time frame we were after for the price we were happy with.I was impressed with the style in which Paul handled any concerns of our neighbours.
