Paul Vella

We couldn’t be happier with our experience selling our home with Paul and Charles (Chas) from Vella Iverson. From start to finish they went above and beyond with high quality photos that showcased our property at its best, and their marketing expertise and advice. Their exceptional marketing knowledge brought in quality interest and negotiated a great price in a softening market, in a quick timeframe. True professionals all the way. Their genuine care turned an overwhelming process into an exciting milestone. Highly recommend Paul and Chas if you are looking to sell.

Thank you for listening to our criteria & taking us straight to suitable properties. We appreciate your knowledge & honesty by taking us to the house matching our needs & we were delighted to put in an offer on our first day of looking, which is wonderful. We are delighted that you have placed us in an area where there are friendly & community minded neighbours. We are over the moon with our purchase, Thank you. Ms S N

Paul and his team went above and beyond with the sale of my property. I cannot recommend them enough!!! Thank you Paul and Belinda for everything you have done for us.

Nothing was problem, always contactable honest and just a nice bloke. Would sell or buy from him again.

Paul Vella knows the area so well, that he is Honest informing clients as to how the property market works.

Dealing with Paul on our recent purchase of our new River House was simple and easy. Paul was honest and had valuable insight in the Hawkesbury area. HIs advice and experience helped us with the purchase of this property and we had great trust in him and his Real Estate to seal the deal.
