A Real Estate Agent You Can Trust

There are many shifty real estate agents out there and we experienced this first-hand before meeting Paul. Since then we have entrusted Paul to sell two of our homes on separate occasions. The second time was a more difficult proposition; a semi-rural acreage property that was relatively expensive compared to other homes in the area. I can safely report that Paul is a decent, honest, straight-shooting agent that was always on the communication front-foot, demonstrate-ably on our side and always working in our best interests. He was open, honest and experienced, giving us the right advice when many people were in our ear about dropping the price. He was also there to "keep the ship steady” in the emotional roller coaster of selling one's home. Now admittedly sometimes Paul can talk too much - but he is human and imperfect like all of us - and there are many traits worse than this. And in the end, the results speak for themselves; he delivered the sale and got the price that we asked for. If we were to sell another house in the area, we would not hesitate to go with Paul again as our selling agent.
