We had appraisals from around 6 of the top Iluka Real estate agents and felt that Paul was the most genuine and professional of them all. Our previous dealings with Real estate agents in the past have not been the best and we were quite open with Paul about how we and most people feel about them, Paul was very keen to prove to us that not all of them are worthy of the criticism that they get. Although Paul was unable to change our minds about all Real estate agents, he definitely proved that there are still genuine people that are willing to go the extra mile. Paul Was Professional and genuine at all times, easy to deal with, was always in our corner and a nice approachable person as well. We honestly can't understand why anyone considering selling in Iluka would use anyone else. If you are considering selling your home do yourself a favour, save yourself some time and just let Paul do the job.
