Having previously worked for Paul, I knew he was always going to be the agent to sell our home when the time came. We decided to buy a new home first and then sell our existing home, so a quick sale was a priority for us as well as a good price. Paul Whitney was incredible throughout our sales campaign. He achieved everything he said he would and secured a sale within 3 weeks. He is such an honest and genuine person that as soon as we met him we had complete faith in his ability to sell our home. With Paul there is no hard sell, no gimmicks and no nonsense. I felt at ease with Paul from the moment we met which greatly influenced my decision to select Paul as I had met with several other agents. Given it was the first time I was selling a property, Paul was clear and concise in describing the process. Paul kept me informed at every stage of the process and even made a house visit on Christmas eve to have papers signed. I can see how hard Paul works to keep his clients happy and comfortable with the selling process. Paul is a good knowledgeable agent. He communicates well and kept us updated throughout the process. He tried hard to get us the top dollar but fell short. Thats the only reason for a 4 star rating.
