Selling the family home is no easy task especially when you are living out of state. Paul and Bianca were a godsend to me during this difficult process. They were extremely supportive, understanding and highly professional in organising everything from beginning to end. Their local advice is excellent and was very much appreciated when I was getting the property ready for sale. Phone and internet communications were exceptional keeping me informed, up to date and on track with everything that needed to be done. Nothing was too much trouble for them and towards the end of the process just before settlement it was so lovely to meet Paul and Bianca in person! They are a great team and I can’t thank them enough for supporting me so professionally during such a difficult time.
