UNBELIEVABLE

I had thought that no one could be better than a previous agent that we used, but Paul far exceeded that person. He worked all days and hours to secure a sale for us. Nothing was too hard for him. Through it all he was "cool, calm and collected". He is polite and respectful. He had the answer, from experience, to every question or suggestion we put to him. He negotiated with buyers to extract their maximum offers, and even after we had accepted the highest offer, and before signing the contract, he found another buyer that paid a lot more. Unbelievable!
