My house sold on first day on market, price well above my expectations!

Not only that, Paul achieved a price above my expectations, and above the $+ figure we had placed on the home. Also Paul's negotiation skills allowed me to have an extended settlement period which was important to me as in the current market it is difficult to find a new home to move into.
