My experience with Paul Woolford, the estate agent who sold my home was a very positive experience. I was quite anxious about the whole thing ie selling the house, going to auction and making decisions about what to do in relation to the sale of the house. Paul was very helpful in regards to guiding me as to what improvements I needed to make to enhance the look of the home. He assisted me by buying and spreading pebbles on the back garden, trimming some over grown bushes etc, arranging a handy man to fix a few things around the home, setting up the company for the styling of the home just to mention a few.
