Paula Ashley

Paula negotiated on our behalf to seal the deal against other clients. She was honest and did not giving favouritism to any party. Gave practical advice and alternatives to purchase existing machinery as well. She was really prompt for site visits, considering property is approx 50 minutes from Wauchope. She ensured all legals were done promptly, so to please both vendors and buyers. We can only thank Paula so much for securing our piece of paradise.

Paula found genuine buyers and negotiated a quick sale.

Easy to communicate with, fast replies, open and honest

Paula is a great communicator and knows her market well. Paula was amazing at keeping tenants happy but also working with them to ensure our property was presented well for potential buyers. Always professional and easy to work with, would highly recommend selling properties with Paula from Harcourts.

Paula exceeded our expectations with the sale of our home, no nonsense honest communication with a favorable result in 3 viewings, couldn't be happier with Paula and the Harcourts team

Paula is an excellent communicator and kept us constantly updated on potential buyers and market updates. She was always courteous and professional when working with the current tenants during the sale, particularly during open homes. Paula went above and beyond to ensure that the property was presentable for open homes.
