Paula works very hard to understand the market she is working in, the history of sales in the area, and the relative pros/cons of competition properties plus recent sales. She sets expectations based on her deep knowledge of the property market and how it works, and then works with you to reach the best outcome possible. She does all of this with a smile on her face and constant and excellent communication. She is available at all times to work through issues, and seemingly builds strong relationships with interested parties. This certainly allowed her to exceed my expectations on sales price and terms on three out of three occasions. Note the three properties were all over Melbourne and nowhere near each other - this didn't seem to phase her, nor diminish her ability to understand the market dynamics of the three individual properties.
