We recently sold our place in Alphington in the midst of lockdowns which made things quite challenging but Paula was able to guide us through every step of the way. As we live in regional Victoria we weren't in a position to be on hand so we needed an agent that could help with coordination of the end to end process. Paula did the initial inspection and identified works that needed to be done to present the house at its best. In addition as we had vacated the property we needed staging. Paula arranged connections with tradies and the staging people and the house came up beautifully. There were some issues with the location as the vacant property across the road was being used as the construction car park for the building works at the paper mill. This was of some concern to buyers but Paula managed that well. The auction in terms of the bidding didn't go as well as we hoped and we passed it in under our reserve however Paula really earn't her money in the last 10 minutes in negotiating an offer with the bidder that brought the offer up to our reserve leaving us very relieved and happy.

Paula led us through the sale of our property during the challenging period of an extended lockdown after having prepared the house for sale to a limited premium sector of the market for our area. She helped seek out buyers and communicated regularly with us and gave helpful advice for dealing with the market, responding to our requests and making herself available at all times. Preparation, campaign, and the final result were all seamless as a result. Highly recommended.

Paula worked really hard to sell our house during what turned out to be a difficult period when Melbourne was in lockdown. She was hardworking and great to deal with every step of the way.

Paula gave us what we thought was a realistic appraisal as well as recommending, and subsequently having her Team attend to, various repairs and maintenance issues prior to commencing marketing of the property. The marketing campaign was delayed, like so many others because of Lockdowns but Paula was unpertubed. Then just prior to the scheduled Auction date another Lockdown was implemented. Much to our surprise we had a great experience in the Zoom Auction achieving a much better sales result than we had anticipated.
