When I first looked at the unit I eventually bought it was Paula who greeted myself and my mother. My mother asked every type of question that one could think of and many others on top of that. Paula was unflappable and answered each and every question. Even though she was not listed as the salesperson of the property she gave a thorough viewing of the property and explained all it's features. On another occasion when the salesperson was booked elsewhere Paula assisted with access for a building and pest inspection. Paula was not pushy, rather she would ask is there anything else she could do or is there any other information I required. A pleasure to deal with.
