We never met James but Paula was very nice and helpful throughout the whole process, it really made a difference to us. We appreciated her hard work and she was always available to discuss an issue when it arose. I would recommend her/work with her again in the future

We found her to be of great assistance, given that we had changed from a previous agent who had the property sale for two months with no interest shown.
